Art Safaris are an excellent and unique way for artists to enhance their skills in a totally new and ideal setting. Please note that this does require a certain level of skill and interest.

What does an Art Safari consist of?
There would be a game drive vehicle designated for Art Safari guests where you will have your own guide and tracker, and Warren would be with you. During the game drives, Warren will observe with you the many different elements of the bush: form the wildlife to the flora, to different spots and landscapes of particular beauty and interest. He will discuss things such as light and the role it plays on the different subjects. You will still be going on your daily game drives, and these will then be followed by workshops with Warren back at the lodge.
Daily 3 hour sessions would consist of pencil techniques, textures in nature, tonal changes, perspective, composition, drawing exercises and focal points.
All art materials are supplied to each guest by Faber-Castell and Details of Africa.
