2 tbsp apricot jam
2 cups flour
2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp bicarbonate of soda
2 cups milk
2 tsp white vinegar

1 tbsp vanilla paste
1 cup cream
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup brown sugar
